APSIM Fatal Error

This error occur when I try to change the year from 1940 (01-01-1940 to 31-12-1950 provided by the system) to some other year and there is no issue with the format and it's run very well when I run the model with start date and end date for the simulation provided by the system itself but when I change the start and end date it gives error, what could be the reason? @peter-devoil @BrianCollinss
