Extract commits and lines of code using Github API

We would require this for each user on any project and use this information to calculate the final score .

I've added a module which scraps this data instead of fetching it from their API , It should be sufficient as per our requirements . Though if anyone wishes to play with APIs or have a better alternative , feel free to open an issue
