Try to integrate gdrive to fetch resources from gdrive

*)Like i have many resource links which can added n resource section but the storage is less, so try to integrate gdrive api so as to get those resources linked to portal

*)Also dont misunderstand it with just providing gdrive link to user as we dont want user to redirect to gdrive
