진행방식

예) 창하 -> 은지 -> 수진 -> 건희 순서일 때
창하가 면접자, 건희는 면접관, 수진이 서기 역할을 맡는다.
서기는 구글 문서에 질문, 답변, 코멘트를 형식에 맞춰 작성해준다.
면접 후 면접자 외에도 추가적인 설명이 있으면 덧붙이는 방식
