spl-token-substream not returning any results for different block ranges #10

I'm running the spl-token-substream using this spkg link: https://spkg.io/streamingfast/spl-token-events-v0.1.7.spkg.
The problem is that there is no output from this substream when I try running it on a range of blocks. Is there something I’m missing? I’ve checked the source code but haven’t been able to figure out what I’m doing wrong.
